Showcasing 17CC during London Life Sciences Week
Highlighting London’s growing prominence as a world-leading hub for science, London Life Sciences Week was an opportunity to shine a light on Canary Wharf’s leading role as an emerging science district.
Mark Swetman, LS Estates’ Chief Executive, presented 17CC as a flagship urban sciences building at Construction News’ Retrofit in Focus event, exploring how converting existing buildings can rapidly unlock much-needed science-ready space while cutting embodied carbon.
LS Estates and Morgan Sindall also hosted a tour of 17CC with Construction News as part of an in-depth feature looking at London’s retrofit landscape.
